Q. What happens during my in-home consultation?
A. When you schedule an appointment with Lake Havasu Shutters for your in-home consultation and estimate, we bring samples of your favorite window treatments to your home or office.
We want you to see your window treatments up close in the setting where your shutters, blinds, shades, or drapery will be installed. The consult is free and we also measure your windows for free.
Q. Am I obligated to buy during my estimate?
A. You will never be obligated or pressured to buy our shutters or other window treatments.
Q. What if I don't know what to choose?
A. Your in-home consultation will include free professional design advice as well. We have fabric samples and other product samples that we can put right next to your furnishings to help you make the best choices in window treatments.
Q. What about installation, is there a fee or do I have to do it myself?
A. You'll never have to install your drapery, blinds, shades or shutters. We have a dedicated Hunter Douglas Master Installer on staff who will install your window treatments for no extra charge.
Q. How long will I have to wait for my new window treatments?
A. It depends on what type of window treatment you purchase. Custom shutters can take six to eight weeks to arrive while most will arrive in just two weeks.
Q. What happens if there's a problem with my shutters?
A. Just call us for details if you ever have a problem with our products. We offer the most durable window coverings that are backed by a LTD lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
